The service was excellent.all our concerns regarding rooms etc were dealt with promptly.laundry and food was a bit pricy. But overall it was one of the best hotels in the world that we have been to.

A REAL SHANGRI-LA

The hotel is one of the best in the whole of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia Hotels. I stayed there for 4 nights.The view from the rooms are also great, some even have the Petonas Twin Tower in them.However the hotel is not located in the Bukit Bintang Shopping District like other luxury hotels such as the westin and jw marriott and is about a 15 minute walk from the Twin Towers.

7. JW Marriott Hotel Kuala Lumpur

What A Great Hotel!

I was really impressed by this hotel. It was very fancy and elegant. Its location is excellent for shopping. Right accross the street was the Pavilion (an excellent mall) , and for a few minutes walk you can find many other shopping centers. I would recommend it to anyone who likes to stay at a high-class hotel.

8. Hotel Imperial Kuala Lumpur

We Will Go Back!

The service was good and the room was comfortable.
It has a nice view of the Petronas tower/twin tower from our 36th floor hotel’s room.The room was spacious.
Breakfast was good.
The location was not so convenient though.

9. Berjaya Times Square Hotel & Convention Center

One Of The Best!

There’s nothing bad about this hotel. Everything is just great. I wrote in a letter of complaint regarding one of the receptionist at the front desk and received a letter of apology via snail mail (was very surprised!) from the hotel even though the matter was solved by the duty manager then. Their service and service recovery provided are excellent! Because of that, they earned a loyal customer!
